Redemption palette in romantic smoked-Reveiw

I am already very fond of make-up revolution London. I have a growing collection of the palettes and a few other products too.

I picked up the romantic smoked redemption palette on Friday and I am in love! Actual love. With six shimmer shades and six matte I feel like this has everything I need. The shadows are all so pigmented and apply very even. I've always shyed away from shimmer but I feel with this palette I achieved the perfect balance and am no longer scared to experiment with them.
I rate this palette a 7/10

This weeks beauty buys

On Friday I took a trip into Edinburgh city centre(princes st) and my first stop as always was boots, I just used up my garnier micellar cleansing water(majorly dried my skin out) so I was on the hunt for a new cleanser and also an eye make-up remover. I stumbled across boots own range, Botanics, everything was half price so I thought why not give it a bash. I picked up the all bright 3 in 1 micellar cleansing solution(£2.24), soothing eye make-up remover (£1.99)and the radiance concentrate serum(£3.49), so far I am loving all three. I also picked up a back up of my go-to pressed powder(£3.99) rimmel stay matte in 003 peach glow, bourjois healthy mix foundation in shade 52 vanilla(£9.99)and a seventeen fluffy blending brush (£1.99).

How it all started

I have always adored make-up and all things related. It started at a very young age, I'd rake through my grans and my aunties makeup drawers and I just knew. I have been collecting make-up for about 2 years now and my collection is slowly blossoming! I store it in the Alex 5 drawer/malm system from ikea. The drawers were very inexpensive and the desk(and two legs) cost pennies. Everything you see on top of my desk and inside my drawers are from ikea. Thanks for reading guys!
